What you’ll receive
When you give League City Fence Company your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your fence estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew arrival times, project updates and photos, invoices and payment receipts, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing blasts to numbers that have not opted in.
How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on our estimate or contact form, by telling us by phone or in person that we may text you, or by texting us first. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@leaguecityfencecompany.com or 281-724-5770.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to communicate with you about your project and is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy.

\nOn our estimate form and contact form, the text-message consent box sits directly under the phone number field. It is unchecked by default, it is optional, and you can submit the form without ticking it. You can also opt in by telling our office by phone or in person that we may text you (see the script below). If you text our business number first, we simply reply to you in that conversation.

\nWhen you call us or meet our estimator, our staff ask for permission before we ever text you, using this script: “League City Fence Company can text you about your estimate, appointments and project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are at leaguecityfencecompany.com/sms-terms. Is it OK if we text you at this number, yes or no?” Only a clear yes is recorded, with the date and the staff member, and your first text from us confirms your enrollment with the same disclosures.
