We offer 6 Wood Privacy Fence Options:

P1 – 6 ft Pine Pickets with 3 rails. This option builds a 6 FT tall fence. It’s the most common, budget-friendly, and popular fence style. The problem is that most home builders opt for these cheaper fence styles and only use 2 rails vs our 3 rails.
P2 – 6 ft Pine Pickets with 3 rails and a 2×6 bottom rot board. This option builds a 6.6 FT tall fence. This is a good option if you can’t afford cedar pickets, and it gets the pickets off the ground to help make the fence last longer.
P3 – 6 ft Pine Pickets with 3 rails, a 2×6 bottom rot board, and a 2×6 pine top cap with 1×2 trim. This option builds a 6.8 FT tall fence. This is a more decorative fence option that provides for a smooth top finish and good curb appeal. The 2×6 pine top cap also provides additional structural strength to your fence.
C1 – 6 ft Cedar Pickets with 3 rails. This option builds a 6 FT tall fence.
C2 – 6 ft Cedar Pickets with 3 rails and a 2×6 bottom rot board. This option builds a 6.6 FT tall fence. This option also gets the pickets off the ground to help make the fence last longer.
C3 – 6 ft Cedar Pickets with 3 rails, a 2×6 bottom rot board, and a 2×6 pine top cap with 1×2 cedar trim or upgrade to a 1×4 cedar trim. This option builds a 6.8 FT tall fence. This is a more decorative fence option that provides for a smooth top finish and good curb appeal. Each option above offers a range of modifications to suit your specific needs. If you desire, we can include 7 ft or 8 ft pickets. We can also upgrade the 2×6 bottom rot boards to 2×10 or even 2×12 if additional support or height is required. This flexibility empowers you to customize your fence to fit your requirements perfectly.

All options include a treated 4×4 pine post and a treated pine 2×4 for rails. The fence frame is constructed using 3″ galvanized nails, and the pickets are attached with 1 3/4″ galvanized ring shank nails. All of which are common in proper fence construction techniques.

Don't pick a fence company on price alone

Obviously, there are several fence companies in the area, and some may even offer more competitive quotes. Buyer Beware! Other fence companies may state, for example, a 6″ rot board, but they install a 1×6 vs our 2×6. They may also use a 2x4x7 for their top rail, nailing only 2 posts together. We use a 2x4x14 to nail 3 posts together. The same applies to our 2x6x14 rot boards when all pickets face the same way. Making for a stronger fence that won’t zig-zag over time. Yes, there may be cheaper fence options available; however, we know we offer a quality product at an affordable cost. Plus, you can count on us to be around even after completing the job if an issue or concern arises.

Your house is probably one of the biggest investment decisions you’ve made. So, replacing your existing fence should not be based solely on price. A lower price, in many instances, often reflects lower quality. A well-constructed fence will provide security while at the same time enhancing your property value. Answer any questions you may have including displaying additional photos of our work using pictures stored on an iPad
Our sales team is not pushy and we understand if you need to take some time to review the quote or speak with neighbors about splitting the cost.
Once you decide to hire us, we will get you on our schedule
We call Texas 811 to submit a ticket for them to mark your property for utility lines. This process typically takes 3 to 4 days.
After Texas 811 completes the marking we can typically start your job in 1 to 3 days.
Most jobs under 100 ft can be completed in one day; however, there are times when our crew will just set the post on the first day and complete the railings and pickets on the second day.
Jobs over 300 ft will take at least 3 days to complete.
Our crew will do their best to minimize the construction footprint and install your fence during the job. Before starting your job, we ask that any vegetation or landscaping be removed or moved away from the fence line. That includes rocks, tree limbs, and vines if present.
We prefer to create a single invoice for the job and receive payment from the person who initially contacted us for an estimate. If other neighbors are involved, we kindly request that they pay their portion to you unless they call our office before scheduling.
Before an installation date can be secured, we require that your deposit be paid. You can elect to pay the required deposit amount or in full. We ask that all remaining balances/invoices be paid in full the same day your fence project is completed.
After the job is done, our crew will clean up and remove as much debris as possible. Some debris may not be visible due to grass, mulch, etc so caution should be used when mowing or edging along the fence line. We also use a haul-away service for the old fence material.
Once our crew leaves, if you have any concerns, please contact our office at the phone number provided to resolve any issues. However, we usually walk the fence line with you once the crew is finished to ensure you are satisfied with the build.
